Our in-shop service rates - $40.00/hr
On site service rates - $60 - $100/hr 1hr minimum
Checklist for customers bringing equipment in for servicing
Don't bring these items unless you suspect specific problems with them

a Windows CD and serial number |
| any discs/diskettes, manuals, documentation you may have received when you acquired the PC |
| installation discs/diskettes for other software programs in cases where Windows is re-installed the only way to get programs back that you want is to re-install them |
